So I killed the Abomination in empowered monolith, It fulfilled 2 prophecies. I was happy and took my hand off of my M/KB. Some lingering “poof” hit and killed me. Is that loot gone or is there a way to get it?
It’s gone. There are no instanced zones yet.
Well that will teach me to relax after the boss dies 
I guess I’ll request adding a Post Box for that situation, like many other games
Devs want to make instanced zones. It just wasn’t possible so far due to performance issues. But the goal is that you can return to the zone where you died and stuff is still there.
I guess in the alternative, they could also consider some auto revive mechanic. Learned an expensive lesson. Thanks for the quick reply
If you’re in the campaign zones, you respawn in the same zone a little further back. This is more of an issue with monos and dungeons.
