still having the lost connection pop up everytime i try online, offline works fine.
i saw a month or 2 ago a forum post regarding this during the online beta and it didn’t seem to get resolved just wondering if im the only one or if devs know about it

I’m having the same issue, keep disconnecting when I try to load into an area after selecting character.
A friend of mine had this issue fairly consistently. (about 50/50 every new zone, didn’t even make it to the council chambers).
Myself and another friend managed to reproduce a connection issue fairly consistently as well, despite having never had it before (we’d been playing quite a while). When Playing in a party, only the host was able to load into the Ruins of Welryn. It was strange, as we hadn’t had the lost connection issue before, but managed to recreate it 4 or 5 times in a row, with different players as host. We tried using the waypoint in the area, and teleporting to ally. We were also coming back to the area after reaching the imperial era, and we had run through that exact same zone together before (we played all the way though on these characters in Co-op, and were circling back to this quest after reaching Yulia’s Haven, the place I originally was when receiving the lost connection error on trying to load into the ruins of welryn).
We eventually gave up on the ruins and had the host go straight to the college (for the side quest we were doing). We were able to teleport to the host in the college on the first try. It could just be coincidence, but it does seem a little suspicious.
I believe my friend was able to leave the college and load into the ruins after clearing the college (and that part of the quest), but I (the host) did not leave that way, instead teleporting directly to the imperial era.

5-10 minutes i keep disconnecting the game is unplayable , i came back for multiplayer and it’s so bad !
Same here, every time i log in i can get to character select for online play and when i click enter game it may take 3 tries or sometimes i give up after 30 minutes for it to load the game up. it will pop up with “connecting” for maybe 30 seconds then go back to char select.
Online is completely unplayable. i have had this game for 17 hours and i havent even made it past the connect to servers boss. havent killed a single mob in the game. Just made a character go to play says connecting then connection to server lost and back to the login menu. Why are people hyping this game up? It doesnt even launch…
Also disconnecting 50/50 when transitioning to a new area. Regret not playing offline as I’m not partying anyway
