Lost Connection after 10 sec in every new instance

Hello , at first i though it was with server the problem at start so i just didnt bother , but the second day the same , and today the same happens , every time i go from town to next area
Fortress Garden after like 5-10 sec inside new area i cant cast new zombies so i know its bugged , and after like 20 sec i get the Lost connection error
tried in my home EU server , tried on US servers , this same
my friend teleported me to next location , Fortress wall , hoping it would fix it , but it happened again the same , reinstaled game but it didnt help

I also still have connection dropouts. I fought with the developers back in the beta version, they did not want to admit that the problem was on the side of the game.
