just lost all my saves …had to get a new pc and have redownloaded game and everyting is gone …anything i can do to recover it ?

All LE savegames and files are stored locally on your machine…
If you are using Windows they are in:
C:\Users[username]\AppData\LocalLow\Eleventh Hour Games\Last Epoch\
If you replaced your system / harddrive and did not backup these files then they are effectively gone and there is nothing anyone can do…
If you are using it, Steam cloud saves MIGHT have copied the files but if it doesnt restore anything on the new installation then there definitely is nothing that can be done.
When LE launches the Multiplayer features then we will all have online & offline characters… Offline will remain as they are right now and be entirely local and not linked to online chars… Online chars will be stored on EHG servers and be available from any system.
