Hi 
I logged into full offline mode and created a new character before logging into any of the other ones. When I got to the first town to make some quick leveling gear I didn’t have any glyphs of hope. I did not lose any other crafting materials or items except for glyphs of hope. Thinking this might be a visual bug so I tried restarting the game and logging into all of my other characters but nothing changed.
