Losing some uniques and duping others

Trying to clean my inventory and stash I just noticed after completing Soulfire dungeon that some items are duping and others are dissapearing.
I got 3 LP2 Inmolators Oblation, and lost 1 LP3 Foot of the Mountain.

If I send to my stash something, the item stays in my inventory and a copy appears in stash. If I send something to my inventory from my stash, item is lost.

After restarting all items are OK.

Yeah, that sounds like a visual bug that was identified earlier but just hasn’t been fixed yet.
