Losing an item while sorting inventory and loading screen appeared

Hey.

While sorting inventory manually and waiting for a loading screen to appear while fast travelling I had an item “picked up” with a mouse when loading screen started and the item dissapeared completely.

It was and 3 legendary power Peak of the Mountain :frowning: If you can please be kind and return it for me…
