I have a fairly high end system - RTX 3080/10900k/3600mhz ram. I have observed that on framerates over 60fps locked, and refresh rate set to 60hz, that loot tooltips create microstutters and frametime inconsistencies when hovered over. Normal gameplay is fine, just major jitters/stutters when hover around on loot tooltips.
When I set it to 60hz and cap the framerate, I get an even frametime with no stutter over tooltips. I’m guessing some sort of code is locked to 60fps behind rendering the UI? Could be way off base here.
Either way, figured I’d mention it.
