Hello, I just finished a Monolith run of Fall of the Outcasts and defeated the boss, but I cannot see or interact with the drops even with my loot filter disabled. I can see the orange light indicating a Unique item is on the floor, but I cannot do anything to it. It’s like there’s no loot at all.
The imgur link has two images: one with the loot filter disabled and one with the loot filter deselected entirely. But no items are showing in either case.

This is the first time something like this has happened. I did the exact same Monolith run earlier today and there were no issues then.
I always get the two mixed up, but one of Z & X turns the item ground labels off (I want to say X) and the other you have to hold down to disable the loot filter.
