Is there a way to specify that I want an item to have at least two of a desired set of affixes, only one of which needs to be exalted? As I understand it, the advanced option for level of individual affixes + number of affixes on the gear combine to require 2 of the affixes to be above the specified tier. Or am I misunderstanding?
Yes. When you create the rule you click Add Condition then select Affix, then choose your Affix and click the Advanced where you can tell it that it must be T6 or above. Then click Add Condition a second time and the the same thing but don’t put the required T level, just leave it at Any.
What you do it use 2 different Conditions, 1 for each Affix you want.
If all you want is an exalted, it’s simpler to just select the affixes and specify item rarity exalted. That’s what I do for the mid-gear I search for.
That’s an option, but it doesn’t guarantee that one of the affixes you care about will be the exalted one. I guess maybe with Havoks it doesn’t matter as much anymore, but idk.
He said he wanted 2 affixes, one of them being exalted. So he can just filter both affixes and set item rarity to exalted.
I usually do this for progression where I specify 3-5 affixes I’m looking for, matching for at least 2 and just specify it needs to be exalted. It’s an easy rule to make and it will highlight most useful items for crafting.
If I need a more specific endgame rule, then I might try to be more granular, like only searching for T7 and not T6, etc, but for the majority of time, specifying exalted is good and simple enough.
