I can’t pick any loot filter and the loot filter window freezes when i try to add any. Can’t close it after that and need to alt + f4 to do anything
Same issue.
Can’t pick any of my loot filters (they drop down menu looks clipped to the very top). Trying to copy one in from clipboard doesn’t work either. And once click the “plus” button the menu will but out and not go away.
I’ve tried deleting all my loot filters, renaming the Last Epoc file in LocalLow to force the game to create a new one, and a full wipe and install. Nothing has fixed it.

Yep can confirm this is a huge issue, just had it happen.
Reported it in game with a title named [VIDEO] …

I can see a 2LP Unique on the ground.
I have the same problem, the Loot filter is clipped and I cannot pick anything, buttons do not work and the only thing how to close it is to hit Escape button on the keyboard 
Update: Fixed - the cause was a bad filter, I deleted it and now it works again.
found the fix
basically turn off cloud sync, delete filters and use raw code filter file after that you can turn sync on
