Generally, you should include:
Opened Loot Filter with Shift+F and then clicked on + and opened File Folder. Tabbing back in-game and can’t see any filters in the list/open the list. Can’t close the Loot Filter-window at all.

Same, I tried like 3 times now. Had to close the game and try again.
I’m having the same issue. I also can’t use the paste from clipboard option even though I’m pretty sure I copied the filter correctly.
Yeah I can’t even create a new one, can’t see other ones. Everything I’ve tried just freezes the game and I have to relog.
I am also having this issue. Can’t load a loot filter and have to force close the game because the loot filter window freezes.
I got mine working again. Turned off cloud backup on Steam so we can get rid of the backup of the following bad files.
I had used right click -save link as- to save Maxroll filter and that filter was 700kb. Deleted these oversized ones. Then I clicked through the Maxroll filter link and ‘Download raw file’ from the Github repository and put file in filter folder. (You can also copy-paste and use Import from Clipboard in the in-game filter area).
Turned Cloud backups back on in Steam and it said there was a conflict and gives two choices, choose Local files which should get rid of the bad files on Steam cloud.
Hope this works for others.

Same. If i shift+f and try to do anything the window locks and i can’t escape out. I have to ctrl alt delete close last epoch. I see people complaining about it in stream chats too.

Deleting all files, turning cloud save off, re-downloading the “raw file”, without the game on, then logged back in and tada, it was in the list and all’s fine. Thank you!
