Loot filter option to show a symbol on the map like a unique/set item

I suppose the titel has everything I want to say. Maybe I’m just blind and can’t find the option but since I couldn’t google it either, it seems that it’s not there right now.

So what I want is the option to add a symbol to a rule that shows something like a red star on the map whenever an item falling under this rule drops. I get this kind of alert for nigh useless items like sets and arena keys, but I can easily miss top tier exalteds when they drop off-screen.

Please enlighten me if this already exists.

It doesn’t, I mention every patch that I want drop sounds/icons in the filter and every patch the devs do not appear to respond
