Loot filter not showing

Hello

I droped a green item (with beam and green star on my map). Even though I have a basic filter (show all set/unique/exalted) it doesn’t show. Pressing “X” to disable loot filter doesn’t show any item. Changing my loot filter to an other one neither. I can see items on the ground.

*EDIT: Actually, I don,t see drop at all. Not even the shard shrine.

Try z or alt+z as these are hotkey for ground tooltips
