I am using a condition on my loot filter to emphasize the VOID DAMAGE affix and it has several times emphasized other items that do not posses this affix. i know it is this condition doing it because if i deactivate and reactivate the false emphasis goes away.
The devs alrdy said it will be fixed with the next Patch.
This is a known issue.
