Unique wasn’t even highlighted by the filter, I just saw the unique beam.
Pressed X, got a text saying “RING”
Z or Alt-Z do anything?

Ok… if it happens again, check with those… They toggle the tooltips for items on the ground (used to be Z then they changed it to Alt-Z for newer installs because people were hitting Z by mistake too often) and might make a difference… X, as you know is just to toggle the Loot Filter…
