Loot Filter Bug - Unable to Edit, "Show All Items" keeps appearing when close and reopen

Loot Filter seems to be bugged.

What happened before:

  1. Duplicated an existing Filter
  2. Updated line with “Helmet” item type condition to “Catalyst”
  3. Noticed that item type stayed as “Helmet”, but Rule Name updated to “Catalyst” (If I recall correctly)
  4. Hit “Cancel” instead of “Update”
  5. Majority of lines disappeared
  6. Closing and reopening Loot Filter UI added more rows of “Show All Items” on each iteration

Attempted to restart the game, and verified the integrity of game files on steam. Did not fix the issue.
