Loot Filter, Am I missing something?

Not sure if I can’t find it in the filter or if it’s not an option available.

I would like to filter out affixes/prefixes by only showing items with stats greater than x stat.

Example:
Movement speed >15%
Lightning resistance >20%
etc.

Or at the very least filter by “tiers” like Tier 7 stats.

You can filter by tiers. Just click the advanced options when adding a filter.
