Loose curser and movement after tabbing out

Generally, you should include:
What went wrong? After using the browser on my other screen when I go back to the game I loose my curser and can no longer move my character. Abilites still work but curser does nto show and I cannot move anywhere random when clicking. I can use the esacape key to bring up the menu but I cannot click anything and cannot use arrow keys to change menu selection so I have to alt f4 to close the game.

I figured out what is going on but I am not sure why its doing it. I have a flight stick connected to my computer and after I tab out I see waht looks like a joycon over my movement box on the hotbar. So I think after I tab out my controls are moving over to controller instead of sticking with my mouse and keyboard.
