After allocating the weaver tree node ‘Loomed Riches’ there is no visible way to put the weaver node in.
Directly dragging from the storage just puts it back in.
Putting it into the inventory and then trying to do it causes the same.

I had the same issue, but I could solve it in the end. I was respeccing Weaver Tree points and had to finish the respec by clicking “Confirm” in the top right corner. When the respeccing was done, I could put a Weaver Echo into the slot.

Sadly it wasn’t a solution.
The solution was: It fixed itself randomly after logging into another character.
The points were allocated properly, re-tries happened after running another echo and also logging in and out once. Only after logging into another character or closing and opening the game completely it solved itself. Which was the solution? I don’t know, did both at the time.
