your going to have to wait like 9 months for that paladin skill XD. That skill is for the season after this next one haha…
PoE has a 2 month update cycle. PoE 1 releases… 2 months later PoE 2, this is a ongoing thing.
The best they can do is release exactly in the middle of that… which would be late january or late march… would’ve preferred January definitely.
But as was stated… delays because of the console port. Which is disappointing again since once more a non-fitting release-timeframe happens. Which is a massive net negative again.
By then, PoE 1 league will start lol and a couple weeks later, PoE 2

End of march is great since poe 1’s next league should be early feb and poe 1 dies off after about a month delays do suck but it is what it is

If PoE’s release is in early feb then early april should be the other one roughly. That’s their current ongoing timeline.
If it’s late feb it upholds. Given no delays happen, which neither EHG nor GGG can foresee, especially not given that GGG is unreliable with the switchup to a double-game cycle still.
His reason is good so example I have friends who will not play wow because they need to buy an expansion to play the current content but since they own LE they can just hop right in buying the class alone is no different then selling it with an xpac together if you like the class buy it if not don’t only thing bad is people that think they need to play meta which theres no proff it will be the meta
Both are a split, so even if it upholds for one reason it’s wrong for the other.
The statement hence still is wrong.

this is exactly what i feel, if i want to play the class ill buy it if it doesn’t look fun i wont XD. with an expansion all of those core mechanics locked behind a paywall that you have to get feels bad.

Personally, i like it more, when news and announcements happen closer to a release, instead of revealing everything beforehand, but iam okay with it. I guess, this was for the news-hungry community anyway.^^

As for the paid stuff… something has to cost money, i think, the class dlc is the easiest to implement, and some people will hate both options. In my opinion, you chose the right way, but i do understand people, that see it different. I hope, that it works out for you.
The expansion and its Skill Sigil System, the new Bosses in Season 5 and the “corrupted item system” are the things i am most hyped about.

But it already did impact very negatively… paid classes after repeating us a lot that was not going to be the case?
Personally i already lost all faith in LE, you can show some cool stuff but its super obvious the line has been crossed and this never stops with the line being crossed, selling classes is pretty gross. Do you want to sell classes? sell a complete game without mtx, do you want to sell mtx? after selling the game? and on top of selling classes? what is next? my guess anything you guys can come up with.

balance in LE is pretty bad, what happens if the class is busted op? everyone that wants to compete has to pay for it, on the other hand the class is bad, every single person that buys it will feel screwed, lets be honest do you think they will balance it just right? unlike any other of the classes?
