The Longsword is a one-handed sword between 3 & 4 ft long (1-1.3m), so it shouldn’t look like it’s nearly as big as my character with space for another ~2 hands:

The katana still has the same problem.
As in it curves forward? The only thing I’ve noticed is that the katana (1-handed sword) model is the same size as the nodachi (2-handed sword) when equipped.
Edit: I sware the Nodachi wasn’t held backwards last time I used it, but it’s definitely curving forward now…
