Hi,
Has anyone faced this issue of game initially loading to character but in trying to enter the game, it loads for a while and then exiting the game altogether?
I’ve never seen this issue until this morning. Last night was just fine. Not sure what’s going on.
Same thing is happening to me.
I have also noticed this issue happening as of today. At first I thought it was my VPN, but I tried opening the game with my VPN on and off with no change. To describe the problem more thoroughly I start the game and go to my online characters then attempt to connect to one of them, the game will inform me that it is connecting to the online servers, and then I will get a blip of a window that appears to be a sort of crash window, but it does not appear long enough for me to get any information. Then the game exits to Windows. As far as I know, I have not made any major changes to my system such as Windows or driver updates.
As of right now, game is working again. I don’t know what prompted the issue but I don’t think it’s any of our PC issues. Hope it doesn’t happen again.
Currently EHG yesterday as well as tonight. They are doing server streas testing for match making.
Depending where ur from in the world. This may have been what caused this.
EHG also posted about a second round of server stress testing later this month.
Keep in mind there may be issues getting into the game during these server stress test times

Like OldSchoolDiablo said - EHG are doing Server Stress Tests that can affect players trying to log-in.
Something to try when you have this type of loading issue is connecting via a different Server, any other Server on the log-in page list. This has solved this issue for some players on the Discord.
If you manage to log-in on a different Server, please submit an in game bug report with the option to send in your player.log files checked! You should then be able to change back to your preferred Server via the Settings Menu, that change will kick in once you change zones!
What date are they planning on the one later this month? Theres no posts in the forums from ehg, so i assume this is one of those things where they only let discord know? (that’ll go over well once 1.0 hits lmao)

I wouldn’t worry about server stress test post 1.0. EHG is doing this to test match making and get ready for 1.0 launch
