Entered a tomb, and was placed outside/under the map.

I’m here to second this. I’ve had this happen a few times now, in diff mono timelines. Just happened to me again so I figured I would bug report it, but looked and saw your post here. I’ve never been able to do anything but port out, which loses you the mono reward.
