LMB click to move does not register during other skill action

LMB click does not register if I have a skill key held down. I am using click to move (not WASD) and LMB is set tp move only.

scenario 1) (works as expected!)
LMB click/hold > move
press skill key > stop and spam skill
release skill key > back to moving

scenario 2) (doesn’t work as expected)
press skill key > spam skill
LMB click/hold > no move, continue spamming skill (expected)
release skill key > does not move (unexpected!)

Detailed reproduction steps:

  1. Create any character (e.g. Sentinel)
  2. Confirm movement settings (Click to move, left click is “move only”)
  3. Hold key for Vengeance
  4. Hold left click
  5. Release key for Vengeance (still holding LMB)

Expectation: Character starts to move

Actual Outcome: Character does not move.
