If you take Lightning Blast with Focal Blast and let it shoot from Frost Wall it deals no damage.
No matter the element of Frost Wall.
Or even if you give LB more chains via Static Orb or Glyph of Dominion.
I confirmed this with a friend.

I am not sure if it’s connected, but I discovered yesterday that Lightning Blast also does no damage when triggered through Battlemage’s Endeavor. It does however work with Surge.
