I have skilled “arcaned ascendance” and specialized in : “Superdconductor”
After respect, despecialize “acraned ascendance” Lightning Blast" still cost 3 mana to cast.
it’s really hard sa my build is based on Lightning Blast !

The base mana cost of Lightning Blast is 3, Arcane Ascendance doesn’t affect the cost of Lightning Blast when it’s not active.
Have you put any points in Lightning Blast’s Chain Lightning node? That increases the cost by 3 per point.
