Lightning Blast converted to Cold does not trigger Lightning Aegis when triggered by Static

As title said, when I was using Static’s Unlimited Power to trigger Lightning Blast (which is converted to Cold with Supercharged Floes and Lightning Attunement allocated), it does not trigger Lightning Aegis from Lightning Attunement node on Lightning Blast tree.

This is not the same case when Cold Lightning Blast is triggered by Arcane Ascendence as I still gain Lightning Aegis when triggering Lightning Blast this way. I used both Arcane Ascendence and Static to trigger Cold Lightning Blast, and I noticed Lightning Aegis only triggers when i use Arcane Ascendence.
