Bug- T3/T4 Final Boss in Lightless Arbor does not drop Uniques

Done 5 straight runs on T3/T4 and I got 1 drop of any type. Normally the final boss drops exalts and a mix of junk. Before making this post I just did another two T3 back to back - both with no drops.
I can only deduce this is because I am playing the game offline. I have had zero issues with any other content in game with drops outside of this instance.
