Once you finish lightless arbor, you have a choice to get more rewards by offering gold.
However, if you cannot pick up all the items, you cannot teleport away and back to pick them up.
This is a self contradicting design: I pay currency for loot, but cannot pick up the loot because it will be so many, I cannot sell or salvage the items in ther, I have to teleport out and back, but when I come back, I am in the boss room instead of the loot room.
There is a chest just outside of the vault where you can put your items away.
