Hi,
I was doing lightless arbor tier3 and took all the rewards possible at the end (cost me ~1M gold) and the loot cannot be picked up.
It does not show up and I only see the orange light for uniques.
Attached is my player log at this moment.
I just wasted 1M gold which is quite annoying.

The orange light usually means your loot filter is hiding the item. The light remains to let you know those are important items.
Try holding your “Loot Filter Toggle” button (default is X I believe) next time that happens to see if it shows the items then. If you’ve modified/setup your loot filter recently, maybe its incorrectly/unexpectedly hiding some items that its catching in your filter.
Forgot to mention in my first post that I do not hide any uniques and that I tried to disable the loot filter (pressing ‘X’) and the items were not showing either.
