is stagger supposed to add a 2nd charge and an 8 sec cd to life drain? if so thats really lame, i just want the damage from stupefy. by how its worded it reads like the stun has its own internal 8sec cd. that would make this node way better imo.
thinking about making a low hp lich build with decrepify. is this suicide? is taking this node always suicide? i don’t see how someone would survive without spamming potions for ailment cleanse. also would stacking armor be useless?
