In combination with Plasma Ball brings your fireball to 100% fire to lightning conversion. This can be seen by looking at Fireball’s tags.
Even when it is fully converted and has no fire tag, fire damage scales the damage. Additionally lightning damage does NOT increase the damage or change the tooltip.
I tested dps on a training dummy and it is certain that fire damage scales the spell and lightning damage does not. It’s not a visual error.
This renders the gloves useless and it’s been this way since the day of the gloves release. I’m relatively new to LE so I don’t know about how frequent patches come through but for the time being my character is unplayable. Are the devs good about fixing bugs like this?
