Liath And Thetima - Can't progress

CONTEXT : Friend boosted me through some parts of the campaign, I guess it broke this questline or something.
PROBLEM : If I “Speak with Yulia in Thetima.” it doesn’t progress the quest, it stays the same and I can talk again to her and have the same dialogues.
