I have Exalted Relic, I don’t remember have I removed any affixes or not, but currently I have 1 exalted suffix and 2 T4 prefixes on it.
I wont to add one more suffix with Level of .
In craft menu I see all available suffixes except all Level of .
I have Relic’s Level of shards and can apply it on other Relics.
