To my knowledge the base mana is a fixed 100 mana when nothing is affecting it. I have a character save of a level 52 sorcerer with base 126 mana, no passive points in any skill, passive tree, and no equipment/idols on the character. Is this a bug or is the mana calculation using character level now?
No, the base mana increased with character levels (0.5 mana per level).
