So i was told, 100% of people pull numbers out of their a**
Chris Wilson has stated time and time again over countless podcasts that players who trade are a minority.
Example source @12:50 State of Exile 51
If they would be minority, then the trade in POE, in 2 months of league, would be dead. I can trade just fine end of season in POE, still, trade is pretty much dead in LE 10 days in. I guess I can be wrong, and only D4 players are left in LE.
LOL imagining quoting Chris of all people to make your point that players who trade are a minority. So are you also going to take his philosophy and position on trade? Did he say because traders are a minority so they “dont waste dev time on a useless feature”? Or did he say trade is THE pillar on which POE is build. And that trade is SACROSANCT?
He’s probably right, but he’s also too much of a human dunce hat about trade to get that it’s because trading in his game is too much of a fucking atrocious, inconvenient mess to achieve widespread usage, so it doesn’t matter. If players who trade are a minority in POE, it’s by design.
Why would you think you can trade with non-trade players? I’m genuinely confused. Do you feel “mislead” by GGG because they won’t let you trade (or party) with SSF players? I know English can be confusing to non-native speakers at times, but still!
It’s not, you can trade with other trade players. It’s like a PvPer complaining that they can’t gank/non-consensually PvP a rando that doesn’t want to be bothered by PvP.
Oh, the irony. That applies as much to you as it does the rest of us btw.
No, the latest research I saw was that only 73.592% pull numbers out of their arse, however, an additional 134.98% don’t understand statistics.
