I understand that right, right? The 8% minion poison damage leeched as health is supposed to be leeched to you right?

No, all minion leech is leeched to the minion. The alt text for that affix is an error.
Edit: It’s caused by the alt-text being systematically generated by the game rather than being hand typed for each instance & it’s pulling the text from the player leech alt-text.
