A minor visual bug/oversight I came across while playing. I respeced Lethal Cadence away while still having the LC notifier icon on the screen after two attacks, and it remained until I restarted the game.
Yup, this is a known issue. It also affects Concentration & the Mage’s Preparation/Forge Guard’s Fresh from the Forge.
