Let us choose on our alts blessings from inventory menu what we already unlocked on our main character.

Devs already said they want some friction when swapping blessings, but they agree that farming blessings over and over again is not ideal when wanting to swap between blessings.
They already announced that there will be a way to select from all discovered blessings with the highest roll per character.
But they were actively discussing the system that would be responsible for swapping blessings. They were not ready to share yet.
My best guess would be another dungeon or some new system linked to new endgame content coming soon maybe with 1.1 already)

Recent Dev stream implies it will be at the passive respec guy.
