To be more specific I would suggest a Werebear tree node that would swap it’s melee attack from Swipe (and Swipe scaling) to Gathering Storm (and Gathering Storm scaling).
I am not sure if it would be more fitting to branch it from Bringer of Storms or from Wisened Claws. I would put it from Wisened Claws, since it fits the main attack + lightning theme.
