The Legion node is supposed to create extra shades on nearby enemies if cast directly. It does not do this, but it does increase the mana cost of the skill. I do not have the Hellfire node active.

I can concur to this bug. I have Infernal Shade with a Lich. I have legion node skilled and do not have Hellfire. The game is treating the shade to always act as if Hellfire is skilled. I can see the Shade with the circle around him when I cast it no matter if its direct or indirect on a mob. It will not create extra shades like the legion tooltip suggest. it was working on launch
Yup, its not working. Legion node not creating extra shades, tested on test dummies. Though the mana cost is still increased for whatever reason. Would love this to be fixed soon! ^.^
