Legendary items have no label and can't be picked up/clicked. (loot filter is completely disabled)

This started happening right after I updated my client to 1.0.3 like 30 minutes ago. I’ve ran some monoliths and opened the reward chest, but I can’t pick up the legendary items. I can see they are on the ground and there is an orange X on the minimap indicating a legandary item, but it can’t be clicked because it has no label.

  • My inventory is not full.
  • I have disabled my loot filter completely.
  • Pressing (and holding X) to temporary disable any filters doesn’t seem to have any effect.
  • Toggling Ground Item Tooltips (Alt+Z) doesn’t fix this either.

Also, while testing this I noticed something really strange. If you drop some items on the ground and then press X, some items will re-appear, while others won’t. It’s a bit hard to explain so take a look at the video, but something seems really wrong here.

…hmm alt+z usually works for me

I have tried using ALT-Z but it doesn’t work in this case. No matter what you do, you can’t make the item labels appear.

I was farming monoliths for a hot minute trying until I finally got one for helms (trying to get wraith lord Harbour) and then no loot was show able, disabled filter and nothing was able to be picked up. So frustrating
