I tried to get on and import my new character into LE planner and it says my account doesn’t exist. I was wondering if anyone else had experienced this and found a fix, I even tried my specific character name and that didnt work either.
You probably made a mistake on the character name?

It worked for me just now so it must be a typo somewhere you your input.

I got it to work through the LE tools website, it just wouldnt work when I went through maxroll. Very strange. Thanks for the reply! 
Yeah, you should always use LETools. Much more reliable.

Still doesn’t work for me. Just keeps saying “Profile not found” on LETools

Are you playing offline? If you are, then LETools can’t access your profile because your files are stored locally.
In that case, you have to use https://www.lastepochtools.com/planner/ and import your saves according to the instructions.
playing online, at least it says playing online on top left in character screen
are you playing this season? even when I search your name no season characters show up
I am not playing as a seasonal character, but it should still show up. I tried now and it didn’t list anything. I think it’s a problem with the website (or the API, possibly).
So it should be a temporary issue, hopefully.
Don’t know if @Dammitt is aware of it yet, but I’ll just ping him, so he is (even though I dislike pinging players).
probably API? maxroll’s import is also not working
It seems to be working again. I actually tried it myself and it wasn’t loading the profile (even mine wasn’t).

There was a maintenance for API service on LE servers that caused inability to import online characters in LE Tools for couple of hours. It’s working now.
