LE combat improvement

Hi, everyone. I’ve played LE since game launched around 350 hrs.
I would like to suggest my thoughts on how to significantly improve gameplay experiences.

Now, LE combat is similar to POE 1, Titan Q, Diablo etc. that a character has to stop to attack and stay. But for me, POE2 is superior experience, most of skills can move during using, or have movement motion forward or backward. Character doesn’t stop. I don’t mind if LE takes good point of other games to be better or next-gen gameplay.

Since LE keeps adding new skill every single cycle, EHG might be able to experiment these new mechanics but I don’t know if it is a good idea and how it difficult to do, how long does it take to complete. I would love to see in future. Thanks.

I would love to have a well thought through and well implemented WASD system in place. Sadly we got an experimental mess so the “We need WASD because reasons!” crowed was pleased.
Given EHGs track record I’m sure the experimental state is what we left with for the forseeable time.

Yea well PoE 2 is newer game that was also built from start with moving & casting at the same time. WASD was created because demand and people who requested it was okay it to be like this “experimental” version. (Just replaces mouse movement which means character still stops and changes direction instantly).

I would bet we could get this type of movement in Last Epoch 2
