“LE-67 entry door already in use”

I tried to enter the Soulfire Bastion for the first time.

I can not enter when click enter dungeon. And if i click the door i get this error:
“LE-67 entry door already in use”

I had to put the key in the square slot. I just didn’t place my key in the slot. I feel dumb. But it is solved.
