Ok MYYYYY BAD now i can connect but my rogue DOESN T EXIST anymore level 89 !!!

Im getting this error as well, LE-52. I have verified files, checked the internet connection and firewall, restated steam multiple times. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game.

Ok so now he came back but my ping is horrible but same thing test done and nothing is bad but its impossible to play
