I was in at the end of a monlith and the game basically froze and then gave me LE-51 Error. I cannot get back in.

I haven’t been able to Log In since the new patch. Error LE-51. I’ve opened multiple discussions with customer service. I was told it’s my display name which is my Account name that I’ve had since I bought the game ages ago. It was automatically in the Login box when I tried to launch the game and unchangeable unless I change it Manage Account. No one should have been able to choose My account name to cause these issues. I can’t go online or offline.
I’m starting to think it is an issue with monoliths. I haven’t had this issue at all until then.
