Hello there. Sadly to say, but I m really frustrated by this problem. It started 5 days ago, I wrote 3 times to support and sent Player log. But didnt recieve any answer.
If anyone knows how to solve this Error - Please help me! So many hours spent for free… I just want to play game I ve paid for.

From what I can see, you have indeed received a response from us and we’ve been continuing to look into the issue since then. Please note that our ticketing system orders tickets so that the those open the longest will be handled first. Continuing to send additional messages asking for a response will reset your position in the queue, meaning it’ll take longer for us to get back to you.
