Anyone know if what we download now will be the same client (minus the launch patch of course) as launch?
No pre download will be available.
Mike answered this recently and one of the main reason is the full offline mode.
This unfortunately brings some disadvantages with it like this.
And yes the current client is the same client you only need to patch.
